On July 2 Google agreed to acquire web-based voice startup GrandCentral Communications. GrandCentral, which has stirred up around $4 million from Minor Ventures, allows utilizers to have one merged telephone number. This progression can make calls to single phone number ring diverse places - work, home, mobile and VoIP. This technology is also customizable so that only few phones ring from certain callers.
