GSFS Training Group is a very dynamic, cutting-edge technology supported training company. The challenge they faced was that their success depended on the individual knowledge of specific people, instead of on a system. They needed to create a system that would allow for the company to manage multiple courses, from multiple locations, allowing online registration multiple target customers (from team managers, to dealerships, to individual attendees, and give the best experience possible for the trainees as well as give to their managers a tool to measure online how they did in the course. All this built in such a way where anyone with knowledge of the system would be able to generate the results they needed.
We built a system that allows trainers to upload the video with the performance of the attendees directly from their laptops (useful when teaching courses on venues throughout the U.S.) or from their main locations. Sales managers for example can see the performance that their sales people had in the course (this especially important for role-playing). The management at GSFS Group Training can setup new courses and classes really quick from the backend, allowing for bulk registrations or individual ones, all done online. We also built many tools that report every area of the company, from financial results to financial projections, commissions, sales, occupancy per course and per class, and much more. Nothing like this existed before, so it is difficult to make a quantitative comparison; but they have been able to manage all their operation assigning only one full-time employee to the task, where as before, with a lot less accounts, courses and classes, they needed three people to manage the paperwork created. Our system has made a big difference in terms of differentiating GSFS Group Training from their competitors, since no other training company can offer to trainees the services that the system we built provides.
